| |  | I bought my Lenovo Y310 a little more than a year ago and about a few days before my warranty expires, my battery died. I need to plug the adapter for it to turn on. I went to the lenovo service center here in the Philippines and they replaced it after 5 working days. Really annoying. I would assume that they'd at least work more than a year. |

I was using hp for the last one year.Now I dared to try sony vaio and bought cs series.Though the price is higher, appearance I found attractive and the perfermance is excellent so the price is worthy.Only thing I got dissapointed is the glossy feagure which cathes the dust easily and spots finger prints.Others everything fine and makes proud to own. |

| | | I've purchased a lenovo 400G one year before. BUT it's suddenly been off during the work.And never came in condition to be on again. it has checked by the agent of Lenovo here in Nepal, BUT they say extreme cost to replace mother board. I dont what was happened inside it and no idea to the cost of mother board. So, the lenovo peoducts have very weak purformance and not durable until a year. Its curse to the user indeed. |

| | | I purchased the Acer Aspire 3620WXCi in May 2006. I have been very pleased with the laptop however, because I don't know how to delete files from my harddrive it has been freezing on me and I don't know what to do and too afraid to trust anyone to work on it! Any suggestions anyone? |

| | | I bought a new Acer Aspire. 4370 or something for $450 yesterday and have to return it tomorrow because the spacebar stopped working after about 4 hours usage. This is a piece of crap and Micro Center wants to charge me 15% for open box if I don't just exchange it for same make and model. DONT BUY THIS! The lid also shows smudges really badly. |

| | | I am looking at purchasing my first laptop. My friend has an Acer Aspire. It has worked extremely well for 2 years. There was an issue with the camera which she was able to resolve on her own. Support was unableto help. Recently it started overheating and shutting down with miminal operation. We got an external fan that helped with overheating but it continued to shut down.I finally decided it was dust heavy. Gave it a good dusting and it has run like new since. I've looked at HPs, Avios, and Apples, with all things considered, the Acer is looking great. Oh, and her's is the only laptop I've seen that has a camera that will flip. I love this feature. All laptops should have it. |
