| |  | DELL laptop (XPS 15Z) are the most stupid laptop that i ever had!!! got electric shock from the pump rest, blazer of the LCD not in good quality, battery die very fast (from 100% to 84% just in a minutes), get hot very fast like 5 minutes when i play battlefield 3, customer service are fucking sucks and brainless!!! NEVER EVER BUY DELL's PRODUCT!!! |

BUTTTTT IT BREAKS VERY EASILY, IN LESS THAN A YEAR MY WIFI GOT BROKEN TWO TIMES AND I HAD TO BUY A USB ONE, A MONTH LATER, THE THING JUST F*KN BROKE! HAD TO REPAIR IT THREE TIMES BUT IT KEEPS ON BREAKING! SURE ITS VERY HIGH PERF, BUT IT GETS TOO HOT FOR ITS OWN GOOD, EVEN WITH A COOLING PAD! |

It crashed now for the second time in a row, each repair costs 150 euros, overheating problems, extremely slow, battery non-existent, microphone broke, I was told now to throw it away little more than 3 years since I bought it.

| | | DON'T BUY ACER PRODUCTS!! They are rip offs! Our screen cracked from within bc they get too hot and acer wants $199.00 to repair it even though it's only less than 9 months old! You pay good money for these products and they have a one yr mnfr warrenty that does not cover the over heating or the screens or the keypad or anything! RIP OFF'S!!! |
