The support and service by Toshiba is just about the worst you could ever experience. There is no real chain of support, and no way other than their published customer support number. A case is started and cannot be followed through or confirmed. if you purchase a Toshiba product after you read this, you will kick yourself for it

The perfect present for my little cousin is his first laptop and the size and specs of the Toshiba Satellite A660 are just perfect for a very first laptop.
