Horrible, horrible Unbelievably bad customer service. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A SONY VAIO. I bought this VGN-Z in Oct 2010, and since then I have spent countless hours on the phone and for visiting the Sony Store or WEB. I have been pleading for weeks for them to fix the Display. And Power.. THEY CALL THIS A BUSINESS COMPUTER??? How can anyone run a business (or work in one) when their machine is out for 3 Month!! In spite of the fact that I purchased the most comprehensive 2-year on-site warranty, I've been waiting on repair parts since Oct 24 with no relief. This is crippling my business. Since the late 1990s, we never buy any other products except Sony laptops (I think all the electronic devices we had before that time were Sony products). This has been a frustrating experience for me as a person who has his fourth Sony laptop in 6 years. I will never buy a Sony again. Please do not consume Sony products, not because the products may be defected but because Sony is a bad company for the consumers. And you will know why you should not consume Sony products when you deal with Sony?s after sale services first time.
