The Electrovaya Scribbler 4000 is the fourth major addition to the Electrovaya Scribbler series with some changes made. The battery has been increased to offer 4-5 hours backup on full usage. The model has a bigger palm rest so that Touchpad does not come into the way of typing.

The Electrovaya Scribbler 4000 can now be protected using the FingerPrint Reader(TM) Technology. Overall, the computer has everything a person needs in a mobile computer namely good battery life, excellent graphics and great speed. And in addition, it has two more input methods – handwriting recognition and voice input.

Built around the Intel Centrino II technology, the Electrovaya Scribbler 4000 features a range of connectivity points. It has Bluetooth for local wireless connectivity. It also features a wireless LAN point that can be used to connect to the local LAN. If you want to connect directly to the internet without wires, you can use the Wireless Network Interface Card. Not only these, Electrovaya Scribbler 4000 also has a cellular MODEM and an Ethernet card.
