About Dell Vostro 2510 Laptop

Based on the Intel Centrino II Processor, the Dell Vostro 2510 is a budget PC with all the features that can be expected from a portable computer. The model is available in a range in colors incorporating artwork/designs that make it look it more attractive. The standard color is Shiny Black. Highly portable, the model is only 1.7 inch when folded. The model uses BIOS password for data protection.

The Dell Vostro 2510 runs on Intel Dual Core 64 bit Processor at around 1.8 GHz. The speed is slightly increased due to the presence of L2 cache that can hold up to 2 MB of data. Also, as with most of the Centrino based computers, the laptop processor is backed by the Intel Dynamic Accelerator (TM) that helps in further increasing the data access among the different components of the computer.

Inside the shiny and sleek body of the laptop lies 2 GB DDR SDRAM that can be expanded up to 4 GB owing to an empty slot. The permanent storage is a portable SATA controlled HDD that can incorporate up to 160 GB of data. It also holds a DVD RW drive. To the side is the five in one card reader.
