The price of the Dell Inspiron 1150 is very cheap. This has such options many of which are found only with the higher priced laptops only. This can be configured with a mobile Intel Pentium 4 processor and Intel Celeron chip. It has two screen sizes one is of 14.1 inch and another is of 15 inch. Dell Inspiron 1150 is updated with Intel Celeron which enhanced its speed so much that its speed became a little lesser than the fastest models. Its memory is now matched up with 256MB of PC2100 DDR, which is sufficient to run most of office and internet applications. By these features it did set behind some of its competitors.
This Dell Inspiron notebook has a comfortably sized keyboard with big 19.3 m keys. This also offers external monitor, a pair of USB 2.0, and audio-out ports. The user will also get one Type II PC Card slot, and a V.92 modem. The capacities of the hard drive range from 30GB to 60GB and the user can go with a CD-RW/DVD combo drive or a CD/DVD burner. The major advantage of Dell Laptops is the custom configuration options which gives the Dell Inspiron 1150 a wide range of options which make it fit to be affordable for most laptop buyers.
