All About Presario 6820s

The HP Compaq Presario 6820s is the largest in size of the new releases. The Presario 6820s is based on the Intel’s PM965 chipset and paired with Core 2 Duo T7500, T7250 or T5470 processor. It has a 17 inches display, also offered with a shiny BrightView finish as an option. The Compaq 6820s is somewhat unique in that the graphics support comes in the form of an ATI X1350 card. This Comapaq Presario laptop is a new DirectX 9 compatible video solution by AMD and the 6820s is the first laptop to use it.

The Compaq Presario 6820s supports up to 4GB of DDR2 memory and comes with a Serial ATA hard drive at 5400rpm with up to 160GB of internal storage. The optical drive options include a DVD burner with LightScribe DVD+/-RW SuperMulti, a Combo drive or a Blu-Ray. This laptop contains one built-in speaker, while the stereo sound is provided through the headphone output.
