The Averatec 3200 is a ultra portable, thin, light and compact notebook. The Averatec 3200 uses AMD Athlon processor and comes with Windows XP home. The display of Averatec 3200 is 12.1 inches XGA LCD screen with resolution of 1024x768 and has a 40 GB hard disk. The Averatec 3200 weighs about 4.5 pounds and it has a classy metallic look. In this laptop keyboard keys are almost reduced to half and all the alphanumeric keys are of their original size and the touchpad works very efficiently. The Video RAM in BIOS can be changed from 8MB to 64MB.

In Averatec laptops all the ports are arranged in systematically on the sides of the notebook and it has three USB 2.0 ports on the right side.
