About Acer Aspire 5315 Laptop
The Acer Aspire 5315 is the best value laptop on the market at the moment. Acer Aspire 5315 looks good; the screen is bright and clear. It is pretty crisp considering the Celeron M processor, The 1 GB of DDR2 Ram is very appreciable, especially as it is running Vista, which by the way performs just fine. The reason for the great performance is it is fitted with Intel’s Celeron M Processor 540. The chipset is core to the laptops performance. The WiFi used in Acer Aspire is pretty good, in fact it is spot on, no signal loss at all, and very responsive. The Screen is good quality at its native high resolution, also boasts a 8M/S signal response time.
Acer Aspire 5315 laptop includes a storage of 120 GB hard disk. There are very few budget laptops in the market having such an upgraded configuration with a core 2 duo Processorlike this Acer laptop. Although being a budget laptop its look is not bad. And it gives the user a feel like a costly laptop. The Acer Aspire 5315 notebook is recommended to anyone who wants a good quality budget machine that performs like a good laptop of mid range.

this laptop has been virtually bulletproof. got it about 5 yrs ago. upgraded the hard-drive to 200gig, my daughter used it for a bit and played hell on the keyboard, so had to replace it. she was the reason i had to replace the hd. crashed it. put win. 7 on it. the only prob im having now is the batt needs replacing, and the os has an occasional prob with booting but does eventually. all n all pretty solid.

Dear Sir:
Greetings from an African country
I am one of your Acer Aspire 5315 laptop users since I had it bought from England by a friend of mine. For the sake of convenience to use the laptop as I am acustomed to use with XP Windows system I was urged to get rid of the Vista Windows. However, now I realized that there are many important features missing which the Vista Windows or the orginal setting by the factory was having. Therefore, now I would like again my laptop to have the original setting or the Vista Windows which can be done only with the use of the ''Recovery CD'' which initially was not included with the computer accessories. While referring to the users manual it tells that the inclusion of a recovery CD is optional that the recovery system can be found in the Acer eRecovery Mangement's System backup to optical disc which as stated could be found right within the laptop system. I hope you understand me so far what I wanted to mean. Therefore, now, would you mind sending me the soft copy of the recovery CD with my e-mail address mentioned above. With many thanks and best regards.

I bought this Acer 3 years ago for $348.00 US and it has been the best little laptop. I did upgrade the memory to 2gig. and that is it. Since then I have installed Office 2007 and Windows 7 Professional with no problems at all. Runs better with Win7.

This thing is a piece of junk!! My mom bought it a year ago and has had it on maybe a dozen times! She doesn't know anything about computers except how to turn it on. I tried to help her by phone then when I got here I took it to the shop and they said it was a faulty mother board!!! Don't waist your money!
