ya me too .. i've got many problems on my 4736z laptop ..

1st of all the costumer service is worst of all.
My system is now 1 year old, and in the period got formated over 50 times, was complaining regarding my system from where i bought but they kept on making excuses, had already spent bout to 2-3 months in the servicing center. The recomended Operating System was Genuine Windows Vista Home Premium when i check on the net, but when i bought it got Windows XP and that also was loaded by the saler. Recently i had a chat with the executive for some help and support but instead of solving my issue, he just closed my chat session. Is this how you guys treat your costumer?
